When your computer is acting up, stops working or just needs a upgrade, we will just come to your location and fix it.  4Techservice is NOT responsible for data loss in any way.  It is the customer's responsibility to backup any important information before any repair work is done. 

Customer is also required to provide a licensed copy of the operating system installed.  If customer does not have one, it is up to you purchase one.

NOTE: Some repairs cannot be completed without a valid operating system CD.
