Privacy Policy: 4TechService gathers, on a periodic basis, generic information related to the trends in Internet traffic to our web site. This information gathering includes such details as the visitor's domain or ISP name, country or state of origin, type and version of web browser used to view the site, date and time of the visit, the pages viewed, and the referring URL's. This information is used to assist us in knowing which of our marketing methods are the most effective in helping customers and potential customers to find our web site. No personally identifiable information is collected in this process.

 4TechService will not knowingly gather personally identifiable information without our customer's acknowledgement and consent. Any personally identifiable information will be submitted to us only when initiated by the customer, verbally or via an e-mail or voluntary customer information submittal, accomplished by completing information requested in on-line forms.

 No credit card or other payment information will be requested or gathered on-line, except in the Online Storefront, and then only in forms clearly designed to allow customers to securely provide the information being requested. (Our customers will always have the option to provide payment information via phone, fax, or postal mail.) Any such on-line submission is done via a secure Internet connection, and in accordance with the Online Storefront

E-mail policy: 4TechService will periodically send e-mail that is related to our business and offerings that we believe will be of interest to our customers. Customers may opt out of these mailing lists by indicating that they do not want to be part of the mailing list when registering at the Online Storefront, and by notifying 4TechService via email, postal service, or verbally, of their desire not to be included in future mailings.

 4TechService has adopted policies against "spamming" or other unsolicited mass mailings. Any customer who is "spammed", and believes that the mailing came from 4TechService should notify us immediately so that appropriate actions can be taken to stop the unauthorized mailings. 

 4TechService will not sell or otherwise provide customer lists to outside entities, except in the case of legitimate request by appropriate law enforcement authorities, or legal requirement by appropriate judicial order.
